The Mildmay Retreat is situated on the old brewery site and is a barn conversion. It is accross the car park from The Mildmay Colours Inn where breakfast is served. The Retreat comprises of six en-suite rooms including family accommodation which is on three levels and sleeps upto six. All rooms have been tastefully refurbished and all have independent ground floor access. The Inn prides itself on its friendly atmosphere and service it is listed in the Real Ale Guide and features four real ales including The Mildmay Colours bitter. It serves good traditional homemade food. There is a large function room which is perfect for parties meetings or for celebrating that special occasion. There is a large garden with garden terrace and a childrens play area.

From the A38. Devon Expressway take the A3121 for Ermington continue to the A379 turning right towards Yealmpton then turn left for Holbeton. The Mildmay Colours Inn is signposted from the A379.Ordnance Survey Grid Reference SX613 501
